We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the products and services that we have to offer at HolyCowCreations.net. This is why we offer you a FULL 30 Day Return Policy. Simply follow the return guidelines as described below:

NEW & UNOPENED ITEMS

All products that are unopened and unused may be returned at any time within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

New unopened items described: Product(s) must have original manufacturer or other protective seal on the product box. This seal may not be broken, torn or otherwise peeled off in any way. The product must be completely unused.

All protective stickers and seals in and out of the product box, including on the unit, battery, battery cover, user manuals and accessories must remain on and intact and be unpeeled.

OPEN OR USED ITEMS (Non-Defective)

All products that are open or used may be returned at any time within 14 days of item receipt for a refund minus the original shipping cost & a minimum 20% re-stocking fee.

The re-stocking fee will be determined at the sole discretion of HolyCowCreations.net based on the level of usage or damage applied to the product(s) by the buyer. Missing or damaged items or accessories will be charged according to the current average market value determined by HolyCowCreations.net at our discretion.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AND WILL VOID ANY RMA IF:

• The product box is damaged or otherwise not reusable.
• If the unit or any of it's accessories are scratched, ripped, torn or stained.
• Returned product does not arrive at HolyCowCreations.net within 5 days of the RMA# Issue date.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that you receive products that are damaged or faulty, they may be returned at anytime within 5 days of item receipt for replacement. Because our mahogany models are handmade there will be natural variances in the texture, color, and shape of the model and is therefore not considered a defect and is not a valid reason for return or replacement.

General Terms & Important Information:

HolyCowCreations.net will inspect returned products upon receipt. If any item is found to be significantly not as described or damaged by the buyer, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

For your security, please return the package to us with a "signature confirmation" by an insured courier and retain your receipt/tracking information. This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit.

All shipping, handling, insurance and all other fees are non-refundable. HolyCowCreations.net will not be responsible for shipping costs of a return. (Unless the product falls under the "FAULTY PRODUCTS" section)

You MUST contact us prior to returning any product for instructions and an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. HolyCowCreations.net must receive the product(s) authorized for return within 5 business days of the RMA being issued.

The product(s) must be double boxed and the RMA # must be clearly printed on the shipping box.

Please do not use the product box for shipping. We will refuse delivery upon arrival, and fees may apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HolyCow Creations, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if HolyCow Creations, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical Errors

HolyCow Creations, LLC shall not be responsible for any typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any existing invoice if the price on it is incorrect.

Warranty

The materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

TERM/TERMINATION

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by HolyCow Creations, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
