Shipping

Orders are shipped within 16 business hours after payment. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.  By default we ship parcel post. Express shipping is available at the buyers expense. Express orders received prior to 2:00pm MST. are sent the same day

Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations or address types. Below are some general guidelines.

1. We are not currently able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. We are not currently able to ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
3. We are unable to discount shipping on combined orders due to multiple warehouses.

^* Price guarantee is valid for sites open to the public, must not require membership or annual or monthly payment to make a purchase.  Price matching is for individual products, and is not available for bulk purchases or auctioned items.  We will validate requests for price matching and then set up a private sale for 15% less than the competitor’s final price.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have setup specific guidelines to ensure quick and hassle-free returns or exchanges.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL.  Contact us immediately if the packaging is visibly damaged or appears to have been tampered with.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item, less any applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Additional fees may apply if items are not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please contact customer service at 1-720-898-9772 or email us for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective please call us within 7 days and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

A restocking charge may apply. For undamaged, non-exchange requests, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.  Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and personalization to your specific request.
